Course objectives
The objective of the course is to present students basic knowledge of tourism that should be background for further studies and as well as should help to understand all necessary relationship that makes tourism the multidisciplinary studies.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able
- to define key terms from the tourism terminology;
- to identify basic aspects (specifics) of tourism;
- to apply knowledge of tourism in relation to other fields of study;
- to analyze fundamental statistic data of tourism;
- to interpret fundamental statistic data of tourism;
- to express the economic contribution of tourism.
