Course objectives
Business Law I (KPOPRI) The course provides knowledge of the basics of business law theory, with the focus on understanding the meaning of the basic institutes of business law. Emphasis is placed on the knowledge of the organisational and legal forms of enterprise, establishment, changes and cessation of enterprises. Attention is also paid to competition law, to the selected questions of contractual relationships of business law entities within the framework of their entrepreneurial activities, and to solving trade disputes. The course is subsequent to the subject Introduction to Law. It aims to prepare students so that they master the basic orientation in business-law regulations and in the challenging business environment at the same time. Examination: written and oral.
