Course objectives
Main objective of the lessons: - to learn the principles of proper nutrition of a comprehensive reduction program, leading to the prevention of excess weight and lifelong lifestyle changes, - a combination of lessons to increase energy expenditure through aerobic interval training linked to CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and to gain the experience of movement through Body and Mind lessons (yoga, pilates), - to improve the level of motor skills and physical fitness, -- influencing a positive approach to physical activities understood as a defense against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress, - support of healthy self-concept of students, - training of basic and modified strengthening exercises using the weight of their own body and various strengthening aids, breathing, relaxation and mobilization exercises
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able: - To exercise independently in the gym while using correct techniques of concrete exercises ,and when exercising while using their own weight

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 4x possible absence /of which 2x with an apology in the IS and 2x without apology/ - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
