Course objectives
After successful completion of the course the Fundamentals of Athletics optional will be able to: -apply the correct technique of runs for every distance, starts, hurdle running, basic relay and long jump through cower and coupling -apply the basic technique of high jump flop and shot put with a back way - interpret the optimal technique selected athletic disciplines (running, long jump, high jump, shot-put) - Describe the fundamental flaws in the technical design   athletic character of motion tasks - Proposing a set of physical exercises suitable for correction of errors in the technical design movement - To propose a set of exercises for individual compensation athletics (correction unilateral load) - Design an optimal training load application speed and endurance due to the nature of   fitness levels and age group athletes - Interpret the results of stress protocols and design them according to the zone settings in sport testers

  • 1 lesson: Introduction to the study Athletics 2 - 3 lesson: Training and analysis techniques smooth runs, obstacle races, jumping, and hanging far skrčným way flop high jump and shot put with a back way 4 lesson: Correcting technical design of motion with atlhlečtics character 5th lesson: Compensation and basic exercises (ABC) in Athletics 6 lesson: Athletic training (endurance and speed) for different age categories and the performance of athletes 7 lesson: The use of content to load logs   planning and implementation of training 8 lesson - test, essay submission, demonstration of techniques chosen athletic discipline

Practical exercises at the athletic stadium
Assessment methods
Credit is awarded based on student's active participation in practical classes (2 absences allowed) and meet the following requirements: • Successful completion of written test (10 questions on issues discussed   see chart for graduation, you must write the test with a minimum of 70% success rate) • recognition of the quality cast seminar paper (approximately 1 A4 page, the work includes a set of compensatory exercises for selected athletic discipline - chosen by lot by the student) • demonstration of proper technique selected athletic disciplines - will draw the student
