Course objectives
The building of the legal consciousness of students and obtain the basic orientation in the position of natural and legal persons (athlete, referee, coach, Club officials, Union, etc.) in the legal order of the CZECH REPUBLIC and EU law system and that having regard to the autonomy of sport and the internal regulations of the individual sports.
Syllabus
  • 1. aspects of the relations and the internal legal order of the sports standards, including the specifics of sport 2. Relations of State and sport, promotion and financing of sport in the Czech Republic 3. The relationship of sport and the law, the effect on the sports bodies 4. Taxation of sports bodies 5. Bodies in sport, legal and natural persons – the pitfalls of relations within unions, 6. Czech professionalism, adjustment and treaty 7. Contractual relations of the sports bodies, form, content, challenges 8. Responsibility in sport and the boundaries between the responsibilities of the civil and criminal 9. Responsibility in the autonomous entities in accordance with internal standards 10. Legal protection of sports in the Czech Republic 11. Legal protection of sports in the world, and the to OH 12. The interventions of the EU and the ECJ in sport 13. Sport and doping affair

Assessment methods
End of subject result by written test with   30 issues. In   if it does not achieve the required knowledge there will be a colloquium in   number of up to 10 persons in the form of an oral test.
