- After successful completion of the course Specialization III - Fitness training will be students able to: • Interpret the basis of planning and periodization of fitness training • Implement training plans fitness training units, mikrocycles mezocycles and macrocycles • Record and analyze training load • Describe the theoretical fitness training in different sports • Rate of development of motor skills • Explain the context of the development of motor skills

- lectures 1. Theoretical basis of fitness training in different sports 2. Training Unit (Warm - up, Cool down ...) 3. Periodization fitness training (linear, nonlinear ...) 4. Mikrocycles, mezocycles, macrocycles, annual training cycle 5. Block periodization 6. Evaluating the level of development of motor skills 7. Evidence of fitness training 8. Analysis of training indicators 9. Planning competitions and races 10. peaking forms 11. Fatigue (muscle ...) 12. Correction weight exercise - Application of diagnostic methods in conditioning training - Testing speed abilities - Testing endurance abilities - Testing coordination skills - Testing of power abilities - Work with sophisticated software to record training indicators - Testers, their settings and use in fitness training seminars - Implementation plans training units (group activity) - Projects for cycles (category cadets from above) - Implementation plans mikrocyklů - Planning mezocyklů - Planning macrocycles - Planning RTC - Planning of events and competitions - Evidence of training

- lectures, seminars and workshops, self-study through e - learning.
- Assessment methods
- active participation in practical teaching skills and prove to meet the requirements of a written test and demonstrate the proper techniques of selected strength exercises. The test will consist of 30 questions. 28 closed and 2 open (treatment plans for selected training unit). For successful completion is necessary to achieve at least 70% success rate.
