The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main goal of teaching: - Improvement in movement skills and physical levels - Positive effect on access to sports activities, defense against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - Promoting a healthy lifestyle of students Teaching focuses on modern forms of dance   emphasis on progressive development of movement skills in line with the     music and their own feelings.;

Street dance - all street dance styles - locking, popping, hip hop (new style), house dance, hype and other. It´s not required previous dance experience.;

Street show - dance direction, which uses all modern dance techniques and combines them with each other. Emphasis is placed on the experience and expression of individuals and groups. It´s not required previous dance experience.;

Choreography -   work with music, space and body in a   given time period, the emphasis on expressive elements. The use of modern styles of dance / disco dance show, hip hop - street dance /.;

Power Body Fit - fitness training - exercises focusing mainly on the formation of the body, a combination of dance lessons, reinforcement, isolation - dancing training.;

Oriental dance - is a unique tool for shaping the female body, with   emphasis on abdominal muscles, chest and arms. It is characterized by quiet, smooth, and above all sensual moves that are alternated rhythmic shaking hips and arms. During the dance is used several figures, which are the foundation of dance.;

Fitjazz - Complete dance and fitness system for women that uses the principles of jazz dance to improve strength, flexibility and posture and compensatory, special booster block leading to the shaping and slimming.;

Salsa - students will learn the Salsa Cubana dance styles, salsa linea, Salsa Footwork, Rueda de casino, bachata, merengue, zouk, congas, cumbia, etc.. The courses are intended for beginners and intermediates. During the semester, the course will focus mainly paired Salsa (Cubana style and style Linea), Bachao, meregue and other latin styles. In addition, individuals discuss dance variations (Footwork) and group (Rueda de Casino). Loose clothing, footwear friendly surface for sports hall (no heels).
