Course objectives
Students know the relations between human movement and health.
They should can apply at their dissertations.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction - relations between human movement and helath.
  • 2. Health and illness.
  • 3. Physical hypokinesis. Sedentary life style. Civilization health problems. Physical activity in prevention and treatment.
  • 4. Helth risks at exercises and sports. Sports injuries.
  • 5. Sport and exercise of peolple with acute and/or chronic illness.
  • 6. Positive effects of exercise and sport to human health. Optimal physical activity, and relevant rules.
  • 7. Special approach to scientific aims of doctoral dissertation - tasks for students selfstudy.
