Course objectives
The aim of the teaching of this subject, which navázuje on the teaching of the course "fitness exercises I", is the acquisition of knowledge and skills to build fitness training, which guarantees the required parameters of locomotive performance-especially the performance of referee football. content I.E. with the intent of stimulating the development of and) and motor skills (b) of the application-specific training resources (c) in the form of individual, group and mass (from the aspect of player roles), (d) in application of the principle of versatility, the systematičnosti, the gradual increase of the load and circularity.   • Anaerobic training - Development of speed skills and speed-endurance skills
  • Development of coordination-speed capabilities
  • Development of speed capabilities by general and specific means at the playground and in the gym
  • Development of endurance skills by general and specific means at the field, field and gym
  • Intermittent high intensity training and its principles
  • Development of strength skills by general and specific means at the playground, at the gym and at the gym
  • Plyometric method of developing power capabilities
  • The use of sensomotor stimulation in the training process
  • Testing physical performance on pitch (in terrain) and in laboratory conditions
