Course objectives
Selfdefense partialy depends on combative sports. Subject is specialized at karate. Studend has to understand theory and techniques of combat sport and to use it in selfdefense.

Assessment methods
Students shows theoretical knowledge and practical skills to teach basic of combat sport, especially in case of self-defence.
