Course objectives
Theory and practice of downhill skiing - Alpine disciplines. Practical training of downhill skiing techniques focused on improving the individual disciplines. Theoretical lectures - Analysis of skiing technique builds on previous articles (biomechanics, physiology ...) atvoří set of knowledge for didactics.
Learning outcomes
the student is able to apply general physiological concepts to AD practice - body load, psychological and physical load, reaction, body adaptation to the load, aerobic and anaerobic system in AD racing, heart rate monitoring, physiological and pathological fatigue and its negative effects on training and performance.
