Course objectives
Introduction in the subject martial arts. Introduce to basic technique, tactic and philosophy of chosen martial arts.
Syllabus
  • Martial arts - Introduction Basic technique - postures - transitions - arm movements - leg movements - turning the body - changing position - contact establishment - falling techniques Application in the selfdefence.
