Course objectives
The aim is to continue the previous practice and knowledge of students. The task is to start a system of knowledge. The practical part presents the basic technical elements in wrestling.
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction into specialization. 2. Characteristics of wrestling and its place in the system of combat. 3. Birth and development of wrestling (in the world and this country). 4. Differences between the two types of wrestling. 5. Sports preparation in wrestling, planning the training procedure. Practice: 1. Combat gymnastics 2. Basic position and kneeing. 3. Exercising for developing the physical skills. 4. Grip categories in kneeing, turning round, raising, grips of the lower partner
