Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Traditional karate is an old martial art without a weapon which served as self-defence in Japan in times when fighting was an everyday reality and wearing weapons was forbidden. Providing the principles of karate are studied correctly, its students are able to maximally use the capability of their bodies and create a powerful and efficient technique, by which – if used at the right time and place – they can fight off an enemy.nce with martial arts Outcomes is to develop skills: a) Basic techniques - stances, kicks, punches b) Self-defense c) Breathing and focus exercises More information at www.karatebrno.cz
Syllabus
  • The course will be leaded to use maximaly basic principle of traditional karate in real situations of self-defence.

Lessons are based on real practise of techniques traditional karate and self-defense

Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 70% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology

Information on completion of the course: zapsat smíte jen 1 sport. + kurz, nelze vyhovět žádosti o výjimku při překročené kapacitě.
