Course objectives
With this course, students will learn how to increase productivity, improve the quality of individuals and the team and fulfill the required tasks on time. This course provides help in finding an appropriate strategy for further development of the team, improve team communication and working for higher performance. Every aspect of organizational life depends on sophisticated technology and teams manage these requirements, which are multifunctional. It is therefore necessary to use modern approaches to team management, the cooperation has been constructive and bring appropriate results. At the end of this course the student will: - Be able to address specific situations in teamwork, to reveal a crisis in the team and be able to find the right help to revitalize the team work - Know the means and methods of supervision to detect deficiencies in teamwork - Know how to deal with crisis situations in a team

  • First Teambuilding Workshop - teambuidingu indicators, signs of crisis in the team prepared for teambuilding Second Basic concepts: Synergy, communication, group dynamics, learning Organizational background concept Third obtaining a commitment assessment of needs The use of feedback Leadership lessons teambuilding The evaluation discussion 4th supervision Implementation of the results, conflict resolution, team synchronization strategies, restoration confidence in the team, rapid intervention, support team 5th The evaluation feedback, communication and its development, teambuilding benefits

Teaching methods
The course is taught by exchange of teaching and active participation of students in practical training sessions in the field. The lectures are explained the basic themes and issues are made ​​through a specific practical examples in which students learn to evaluate the situational variables, and discuss specific cases.
