At the end of this course the student will be able to:
Describe the basic theory of knowledge of cycling disciplines (road, track, MTB, BMX, cyclocross)
Draw up an annual training plan for specific groups of cyclists
Assess the importance of material security in preparation for cyclists
Interpret theoretical knowledge in practice, coaching in the sports club

Theory cycling (cycling history, organization and management of cycling)
Material security sports training (bicycle mechanics, bicycle maintenance, Clothing for cycling)
Athletic Training (Zones cover energy, load, recovery, loading in cycling)
General preparation cyclists (Technical training - Biomechanics pedaling, pedaling technique, physical training - Force abilities, physical training - Speed skills, pedaling frequencies)
