Course objectives
A key determinant of teambuilding is to acquaint students with basic knowledge of the issues teambuilding and extend these findings on practical approaches to solving specific model situations that need executive cope with practical interventions. With the current implementation of penetrations and methods can effectively achieve the objectives set out various tasks through teamwork. At the end of this course the student will: - Be able to address specific situations in teamwork, to reveal a crisis in the team and be able to find the right help to revitalize the team work - Know the means of supervision to detect deficiencies in teamwork - Be able to start work on multidisciplinary teams (and project)

Teaching methods
The course is taught through lectures and active participation in practical training sessions in the field. The lectures are explained the basic themes and issues are made ​​through a specific practical examples in which students learn to evaluate the situational variables, and discuss specific cases.
Assessment methods
Practical written test, practical presentation of one activity based on a particular phase of a group dynamics.
