Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to inform students about basics of jumping on trampolines (Eurotrampoline, gymnastics trampoline). After succesful finishing of the subject students know the right and safe way of jumping on trampolines. They know a list of excercises which are important to do before jumping on trampolines. Students are also able:
- to create a list of strenghten exercises
- to use these exercises the right way
- to apply these exercises in practice.
