Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main goal of the course is the improvement of locomotory skills, posture and fitness
- with the help of the exercise programme in the gym to improve the balance between muscle chains of the muscular system, and at the same time to enhance the health condition and to develop the strengh
- to influence the positive approach towards sports activities and healthy lifestyle in the context of the protection against stress and civilization diseases
- to accept the correct techniques and principles of exercising when exercising with the body-building machines or without them
Syllabus
  • At the first lessons students are provided with the correct body building technique in the gym including involvement of muscle groups for the individual exercises, foundation of the core training and stretching. Later students train individually according to their individual programmes and requirements.
