Course objectives
The course is focused on familiarizing, practicing and adopting basic principles and methods of experiential pedagogy. Students will learn the basic theoretical backgrounds and concepts in the field of theory of experience pedagogy within the course (5 days), and will also experience many techniques of experiential pedagogy. Unfortunately, there will be significant methodological reflection included at the conclusion of the individual programs for the supervision of the participants themselves as well as the lecturers (teachers) of the course. Upon completion of the course the student will acquire the necessary skills in the area of experience pedagogy, which he will be able to use as an alternative way of accessing the intervention programs when working with clients.
Learning outcomes
The student will explain the basic starting points, principles and methods of experiential pedagogy;
The student will use the techniques of experiential pedagogy at the practical course;
Students will evaluate their own work and the work of the whole group as part of group reflection on the course;
The student applies acquired skills from experience pedagogy in subsequent work with clients in practice;
Syllabus
  • The course will include activities on: dating techniques, icebreakers and warm-up techniques, experiential pedagogy techniques in the self self, I through the other and I as a member of the group, activities to support group cohesion, methodical reflection.
