The student must master basic motor and football skills. He/she must be an active football coach (no license required).

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with examples of training units in different age categories, with didactic forms in the training process and the methodological and organizational forms in the training process. Students get familiarized with football and their latest changes, as well as with the use of stretching exercises in the training process in different age categories. Students also learn basic youth training philosophy.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student is able to: - compose and write a layout of the training unit in the youngest categories - Manage and conduct training unit while respecting safety rules.
Syllabus
  • Theory: Didactic forms in the training process. Methodological and organizational forms in the training process. Individual sports activities. Game combinations. Gaming systems and basic disposition. Rules of football and their latest modifications. Practice: Examples of methodological and organizational forms in the training process. Examples of training units in the student category. Application of rules in practice, football play. The use of stretching in the training process in football.

Theoretical seminars and lectures, practical exercises
Assessment methods
Exercise. The requirements for compliance credit: 100% participation. Compliance with a written test on theory and didactics   football rules football. Compliance with methodological output to the specified topic in the student category  . Preparation and submission of essay on an assigned topic. Submission and defense of their own coaching coaching diary = documentation.
