Course objectives
The course aims to provide students with experience in the field of psychology and psychological counseling for physically, sensorially and mentally handicapped, autistic clients and for clients with speech disorders.
Syllabus
  • Classes are held in three thematic blocks, always 4 lessons. 1. Introduction to psychological counseling for children with disabilities. Professional counseling for the disabled. 2. Psychology of families with a handicapped child, psychological of disability, mental hygiene. 3. Psychological counseling for children with various types of disability - the practice.
Teaching methods
Workshops and practice under the supervision of an expert.
Assessment methods
Students write a seminar work. There is a written exam at the end of the course.
