Course objectives
By the end of the course, students will be able to do the following: understand relations between the EU and producents, tranzit countries, other consuments, etc. describe main characteristics, problems, challenges, etc. of ED EEP explain negotiation process inside ED EEP
Syllabus
  • 1) General overview of the course, characteristics of ED EEP 2) Theoretical reflections on external energy policy of the EU 3) ED EEP: actors and mechanism of functioning 4) Multilateral cooperation 5) ED EEP and rising energy powers 6) Transit dimension of ED EEP 7) Relations with major energy producents 8) New sources and tranzit routes? 9) Negotiation Game
