Course objectives
ZUR204 Creative writing for journalists (workshop) This interactive course stimulates students – via a set of specially created stylistical language games, plays-on-words and exercises – to adopt inspirational approaches they can subsequently use in journalistic practice. Through creative game-playing students freely develop their personality, while at the same time cultivating their intuition and awareness as writers. The course requires active participation. Students create a text in the group setting and read it out. The author then receives beneficial feedback from the group. Individual evaluation.

Studants and their work is continuously evaluated at seminars. At the end of course, the students are obligated to submit all texts. At least 90% attendance is required.
