At the end of the course students should be able to:
- describe and explain the factors of leadership effectivity;
- make a reasoned decision about an appropriateness of leadership approach in different situations;
- plan the development of leaders.

Assessment methods
Students acquire 80% of the points during the semester for individual and group tasks, for participating in seminars and activities at seminars and 20% points from the final test.
