Cílem výuky je poskytnout úvod do právní filosofie. Obsah výuky je rozdelen do trí cástí: výklad základních právních kategorií, pojmu právo a základních principu teorie lidských práv.

  • Syllabus on legal philosophy: 1.What is legal philosophy? The role of legal philosophy in the system of legal science. Law and moral. Law and politics. 2.Concept of law: - Natural law by Plato,Aristotles,Aquinas - Concept of natural law (Hobbes,Locke) - First definition of law (Kant,Hegel) - Concept of positive law (Austin,Kelsen,Hart) - New definitions of law (Dworkin,Luhmann, Habermas) 3. Law and justice: the basic principles of the theory of human rights: -right to life -right to property -right to be different
