Course objectives
Úkolem tohoto výběrového předmětu je umožnit posluchačům, kteří si tento předmět ke studiu zvolí, hlubší proniknutí do právní problematiky družstevnictví než jaké jim umožní svými omezenými možnostmi obchodní právo.

  • Course description: 1. The development and legal regulations of the cooperative movement in the Czech Republic 2. Basic principals of the cooperative movement 3. The cooperative - the concept, functions, features, differences from other entrepreneurial forms 4. The formation of a cooperative - types of the formation, legal requirements for the formation of a cooperative 5. The cooperative assets, 6. The formation and termination of the membership in a cooperative, membership and employment contract in a cooperative, settlement between the cooperative and its former member 7. The organs of the cooperative, principles of the cooperative democracy 8. Transformation of cooperatives 9. Cooperatives - merger, division and liquidation, articles of association, their function and content 10. Cooperative loan banks
