Course objectives

The third semestr of study is directed towards basic instituts of the General Part of Criminal Law, from the negativ conditions of the criminal responsibility point of viev and the extinction of the punishability of the offence.

• 1. Theory of the negative conditions of punishability of a offence. 2. Theory of the extinction of punishability of a offence.
