Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain fundamental elements of a civil procedure law (principles, rules and institutes), its position in the system of law and its inner systematic.
Syllabus
  • 1. Notion, importance and basic characteristic of a civil procedure law. 2. Position of a civil procedure law in the system of law. 3. Inner systematic of a civil procedure law. 4. Fundamental principles of a civil procedure.
