Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a course of a civil procedure - preliminary hearing, public hearing, law of evidence and court decisions.

  • 1. Preliminary and public hearing. 2. Concentration of a civil procedure. 3. Law of evidence. 4. Court decisions.
