At the end of the course students should be able to:
1. understand and explain:
- the essence of flexibility in Polish tax law
- the essence of defining in Polish tax law
2. work with information on:
- vague terms and general clauses in Polish tax law
- legal definitions in Polish tax law
3. interpret:
- scope of vague terms and general clauses in Polish tax law
- determinants of introduction of legal definitions in Polish tax law
