Course objectives
The main aim of the subject is make an introduction into European Private Law, its trends, recent development and common features. The lectures will be focused on key institution of Private Law from the substantive perspective.

- lectures - study and class discussion - presentation of essays - drill
Assessment methods
Examination – credit requirements: 1. Semester paper – written essay and case study, 2. Oral exam including discussion on written essay and case study.
