Presentation is accessible in IS of faculty. Lectures will be streamed as available in the classroom, but will not be recorded and subsequently made available to students for viewing.
Assessment methods
Education consists from lectures and it is finished by credits. A condition for successful completion of the course is the verification of knowledge by means of a written test, which consists of two parts and the material contained therein relates primarily to the material within the scope of this semester - criminal procedural law II - special part, however, it cannot be excluded that the use of knowledge from the previous semester will be required. The first part consists of questions a, b, c, where there is always only one correct answer, and the second part is open questions. The aim is that the student after completing the course is not only able to theoretical knowledge of the subject, criminal procedure law II - special part, but especially to be able to apply this knowledge to concrete cases/examples.
