The subject reflects one of charakteristical features of the current global world: presence of general and particular one within the sole space and time. Nevertheless, space covers simultaneos existence of reciprocal relationships and inter-actions amongst states and international organisations or other actors, these social relations are governed by the general and particular international order. Education of international law as the relative independent and dynamic legal system must be based on an unique legal tought. Students have to learn "arithmetica" of international relations ships which are governed the fundamental principle of equal sovereignty of states as well as reciprocity determining formation, implementation and enforcement of internationale rules. International law is also a product of common sense as well as political compromise.
