The courses are intended to improve the skill of critical legal thinking: clarification of the argument and of its components, interpretation, critical analysis of prejudice.

Course objectives
The contents is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The aim of the theoretical part is the improvement of interpretation of basic legal terms and categories. The aim of practical part is learning the analysis of the legal cases.
Syllabus
  • Syllabus on legal philosophy:1. What is the legal philosophy? 2. Law and moral. 3. Concept of the natural law. 4. Concept of the positive law. 5. Law and justice. The role of theories of justice in the modern legal thinking. 6. The basic principles of the theory of human rights
