Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
describe the importance of personal management by forming of an individual management system
explain: two approaches to personal management, the essence of personal leadership, the importance of using common sense in personal management and leadership
can distinguish: what is the subject of personal and individual as management, typical features of traditional and modern leadership itself
apply: the process of self-discovery through their replies to questions asked, the method of profile analysis
formulate their own personal mission
propose a procedure for acquiring seven habits of effective people and consequently 8th habit from the efficiency to be exepctional
assess: level of respect for natural laws, mental principles and acquiring of seven habits in both professional and private

Completion of a course:
Ratings term paper (criteria: quality and form processing, meeting the deadline of submission)
Examination (regular term): test(7 questions + 3 problem solving tasks) and presentation of term paper's results; Overall rating (simple arithmetic average of the evaluation test, presentation and term paper)
Examination (resit date): test (7 test questions + 3 solving tasks), presentation (so far not been implemented or have been evaluated "F") and oral examination - Overall rating (simple arithmetic average of the evaluation test, presentation, term paper and oral examination)
Teacher's information
Konzultace nebudou pouze přednáškami (viz i výše). Studenti budou předem vyzvání k přípravě na jednotlivé konzultace zadaním souboru otázek k diskuzi a úkolů k řešení. V průběhu konzultací pak budou řešit tyto zadané úkoly individuálně, resp. týmově.
V rámci 2. konzultace budou studenti prezentovat návrhy svým semestrálních prací (SP), které budou (po odsouhlasení vyučujícími) zpracovávat samostatně k stanovenému termínu.
