Course objectives
At the end of the course students should have basic knowledge of the area of field of roads. They should be able to explain the relations among roads and rights, administrative law, construction law and environmental Law. They should be also able to suggest a solution of propounded case studies including the ability to give reason for the solution.

  • 1) Introduction 2) Subjects 3) Planning in the field of road 4) placement of roads 5) Construction of roads 6) Use of roads 7) Public health aspects of infrastructure 8) Restrictions on the use of roads, limiting access 9) Traffic on roads 10) The safety of road 11) Offences in the area of roads
