Course objectives
The course deals with trade laws and institutions of contract law defines the types of commercial obligations, sources and rules of commercial law, and administering contracts and deals with issues of public procurement and concessions, the so-called fundamentals. The course is designed so that it focuses and specializes in the needs of public administration. The course syllabus, emphasis is placed on the European dimension of the issue.
Syllabus
  • Public procurement in accordance with European regulations. Procurement. Types of public procurement. Procurement procedures. Conclusion of contracts by the state - government departments and autonomous territorial units. Partnerships between public and private sectors.

Teaching methods
Collective consultation. Individual work to control the self-study. The work consists of about 10 pages Content: Students may choose option a) or b): a) Of the subjects taught, the student selects the core institutes, make their analysis and make any findings from the field. In conclusion, indicate possible solutions to specific issues. b) The student will solve the case studies mentioned in the literature, support materials for the course, or. assigned teacher.
