Course objectives
Business Law Course of the Civil Administration wants to prepare graduates to address the most common commercial issues that are on their activities in the public service workers face and solve. It builds on the knowledge that students acquired in the course Introduction to Commercial Law, where she focused on teaching the basic subjects of commercial law issues, liability and competition law. The Business Law course for teaching public administration is focused mainly on the public aspects of business law, ie the teaching of public issues of securities, competition and public procurement and subsequent contracts. The course syllabus, emphasis is placed on the European dimension of the issue.
