Course objectives
At the end of the course student schould be able to: understand crucial questions of criminal law, to explain practical problems of criminality in relation to public administration, to understand European aspects of criminal law.
Syllabus
  • 1. Selected Questions of Criminal Liability and Criminal Sanctions. 2. Criminal Law Protection of Public Officers and Crimes of Public Officers. 3. Other Crimes in Chapter X. of Special Part of CC with focus on Corruption. 4. Economic and Property Crimes. 5. Selected Questions of Criminal Proceedings. 6. European Aspects of Criminal Law.
