Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain theoretical and practical questions concerning a fundamental institutes of a civil procedure - authority and competence of a court, parties of a civil procedure, representation and civil action.
Syllabus
  • 1. Principles of courts organization, authority and competence of courts. 2. Rights and duties of parties of a civil procedure. 3. Procedural conditions. 4. Civil action. 5. Preparing of a public hearing.
