- At the end of the course students should be able to:
1) Have a basic understanding of major U.S. natural resource and environmental laws;
2) Understand how natural resource and environmental law impacts business in the United States;
3) Understand the organization of the Legislatures, Executive and Courts in the United States and the division of authority between states and the federal govenment. - Syllabus

- Lesson 2. Water Rights.
- Lesson 3. NEPA.
- Lesson 4. Endangered Species Act.
- Lesson 5. Clean Air Act.
- Lesson 6. Clean Water Act and Fracking.
