Course objectives
The aim of the course is to deepen the knowledge of theory and practical interpretative and practical implications of institutes of civil procedural law as a wider basis for the fields of labor law, commercial law and private international law.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain the importance of a civil procedure law for labour law, business law and international private law.
