MP717Z Administrative Law I && MP701Z Administrative Procedural Law && ( MP726Z EU Law II Seminar || MP716Z EU Law II Optional Seminar ) && MP703Z Criminal Law II
The course is recommended primarily for students of master's degree in law. Basic knowledge of the subjects taught in the first seven semesters is expected. Knowledge of English language is recommended.

Course objectives
The aim of this course is to explain selected issues of public law regulation of information and communication technologies.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course the student shall be able to:
- understand basic concepts of public law regulation of ICT
- analyze and solve particular problems related to penal and administrative jurisdiction on the internet
- analyze and solve particular problems related to eGovernment and eJustice
- analyze and solve particular problems related to cybercrime and electronic evidence
- analyze and solve particular problems related to cybersecurity
- analyze and solve particular problems related to protection of personal data protection online
- analyze and solve particular problems related to public law identification, authentication and authorization
