Course objectives
Purpose of the education is improvement of the theoretical knowledge by the students of doctor program regarding the common problems of business companies and the pronciples, of which is based the legal regulation of this entities. The students acquire the connection with the public law (competition law, accountancy, tax law) and learn to interpret and to apply the regulation of business companies from the point of view of function and purpose of this regulation.
