Course objectives
Getting acquainted with the basic psychological terms. Relational and communicative framework of patient and therapist, integral, psychosomatic approach.
Syllabus
  • Developmental psychology.
  • Psychology of personality, defense mechanisms.
  • Motivation, needs.
  • Psychological testing methods.
  • Role of patient, role of therapist, therapist-patient relationship.
  • Communication, types of dialogue.
  • Thanatology.
  • Burn-out syndrome.
  • Balint's supervision groups.
  • Psychosomatic approach.
