Course objectives
Disaster Medicine and Integrated Rescue System profiling is a theoretical-practical course. Its goal is to prepare students, paramedics, both theoretical and practical aspect to deal with emergency medical problems predominance   in prehospital and early hospital phase and cooperation in the   within the Integrated Rescue System. Students will be able to: - Characterize the incident - Describe the role of IRS - START triage method - Deal with emergencies in the field   of   view medic IRS
Syllabus
  • First General Part - development, job status and Disaster Medicine   in today's world, the security policy of the state, contingency planning and emergency preparedness of health care, medical rescue chain.
  • 2, 3 Integrated Rescue System as a tool for coordination of emergency services in dealing with emergencies and Type of activity defining specific procedures and interaction of its basic components.
  • 4th, 5th Best Practices solutions, diversity practices emergency medicine (UM) and Disaster Medicine (MK), the divergence of the procedures used in the treatment of the individual and the procedures used to resolve incidents (MU) s ~ predominance of medical problems, disability health during mass (HPZ).
  • 6.Příprava HPZ to address members of the crews of emergency medical services in   prehospital phase and solution procedure emergency department teams and others input hospitals.   All in keeping with best practices of the Company Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine. Substance will be discussed clearly step by step.
  • 7th first contact with   MU estimate the extent and trauma activation plans
  • 8th EMS crews work first on-site intervention MU and EMS organizations,
  • 9th procedure for the classification and reclassification of patients, the need for pre-sorting lay START
  • 10th structure, location, preparation and organization of the rally (aid station) affected,

  • 12th contact hospitals, receiving reports   MU activation trauma plan,
  • 13th release bed capacity target and other hospital departments,
  • 14th routing of patients to separate entries according to the severity of disability,
  • 15th organization of inputs, tasks, chief physician and head NLZP,
  • 16th reclassification procedure, registration and identification of the affected inputs,
  • 17th procedure need decontamination before entering the hospital,
  • 18th organization of care for patients receiving mass   traumatýmů using small,
  • 19th examination process and a step to the final treatment of patients
  • 20th organization saving patients to one, maximum two target separation,
  • 21st cooperation in   the IRS, the necessary synergy HZS and PCR.
  • 22 to 24 Summary examples of events and solutions, the organization ongoing exercise of the IRS.
