Course objectives
At the end of the course, students should be able to understand basics of system of law and basics of single legal branches. Legal problems in health care are discussed in-depth.
Syllabus
  • Health care law – sources, patients rights, medical liability, confidentiality, protection of privacy, detention, health care professions, health care administration, self-government in health care. Basics of penal and trespass law – sources, principles of penal law and penal proceeding, sanctions, selected crimes, trespasses – basic information.
