Course objectives
The student will be able to define a basic laws which modulates health care at the Czech Republic. The student will be able to manage the basic nursing care about patient with blood circulation, lung, bronchi, urinary tract and kidney, metabolism, endocrine glands, digestive tract disease and next internal diagnosis. The theoretical knowledge which was got at the subject: The nursing care at the internal medicine the student will be able to apply at the profession throught providing of the nurising care.
Syllabus
  • The explanation basis support and public health protection at the Czech Republic, basic juridical notions, the basic human rights and freedoms, basics of health law, health pensionary insurance, sickness insurance. The clinical status characteristic, etiology, symptomatology, diagnostic and illnesses treatment. The nursing process application of all phases. Providing health care kontinuity near pacient with: Blood circulation diseases Lungs and bronchi diseases Urinary system and kidneys disease Metabolism disease and diabetes mellitus Endocrine glands diseases Digestive system disease Haemopoesis diseases Locomotive system diseases Infectional diseases Emergency situations in internal medicine

Theoretical preparing, skills practical training (in all 60 teaching hours)
Assessment methods
The subject is concluded by credit, it’s given is catalyzed by 100 % attendance (2 missed lesson forgiven at the information system are accepted), the practical skills demonstration and the theoretical knowledges - the credit test, handover and presentation of seminary paper, student can choise the seminary paper topic.
