Communicative skills Communication, meaning of communication, inter and intra personal communication, effective and non-effective communication, models of communication, linear, interactive and transaction conception, context of communication, communicative chain, rules of the effective communication, non-verbal communication, body language, visual, spatial and territorial communication, listening, process of listening, effective and active listening, speech, techniques of speech, breathing, pronunciation, voice modulation, vocabulary, model situations, dialogue, participants of the dialogue, expressive tools of dialogue, dynamics of dialogue.
